LACI 1:144 landing flaps, Panavia Tornado

This resin set from LACI is not a stand-alone model but a detail accessory. It replaces the closed landing flaps of the wing with the lowered, fully deployed configuration typical of a parked or landing aircraft. A model of the multi-role supersonic Panavia Tornado combat aircraft in 1:144 scale thereby gains a markedly livelier and more realistic wing. The set is intended for Revell kits.

Use and fitting

  • Wash the mold release residue off the parts and separate them from the casting blocks.
  • An opening has to be cut in the wing to seat the flaps, which is a slight modification of the base model.
  • Bond with super glue (cyanoacrylate).
  • The set is intended for Panavia Tornado models in 1:144 scale.
