The Cromwell was a British cruiser tank of the Second World War which was among the first British designs to combine a general-purpose 75 mm gun (the QF 75 mm) with high speed and reasonably strong armor. Thanks to the new Rolls-Royce Meteor engine it reached a speed that was impressive for its day. It was deployed above all from the Normandy landings onward and was one of the fastest Allied tanks.
Thanks to the design for wargaming the build is quick and undemanding. Glue the parts with cement for plastic and finish the running gear before the hull is closed. Paint the model over a base; for gaming purposes quick painting and a wash will do, while collectors can add pigments and mud effects. A figure is usually included.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
