A separate paint from the IONIC range by AMMO of Mig Jimenez. Verdigris is the green-blue film that appears in time on copper and bronze surfaces. A shade of that name therefore aims at a light green-blue with a cast toward gray. Compare the exact value with the manufacturer's color chart.
It is the color of age. It is used on the roofs and domes of buildings in a diorama, on statues and monuments, on ornamental elements and on ship fittings that stood in the weather for a long time. That is exactly why it is rarely applied over a whole area: a green-blue film looks credible when it clings in recesses and engraving and the raised edges keep the darker original tone of the subject. The shade also serves where a light green-blue is needed with no connection to aging, for instance on the equipment of figures.
What you order is the single shade named; thinner, brushes and other equipment do not go with it, unless stated otherwise. Close the bottle after work and store it dry and away from frost.
