A desk organizer for pencils, brushes and other small modeling tools. It keeps the tools to hand and upright.
Responsibility details are not available.
A modeling bench fills up faster than one would expect. Brushes, pencils, tweezers, scalpels and drill bits collapse into a single pile and finding the right one takes more time than the work itself. The organizer puts a stop to that: the tools stand upright, every piece is visible and you reach for it without putting a part-built piece down.
With brushes it is not only about order. A bristle that lies pressed against the bench for weeks remembers the shape and the tip splays out to the sides. Upright it stays straight, and the brush lasts in a usable state considerably longer. The same goes for the points of scribers and scalpels, which blunt against one another in a pile of tools.
It suits anyone who builds on a bench that serves other purposes too, and who therefore has to set the working surface up and clear it away every time. It serves just as well beside a figure painter's palette or a spray booth.
The organizer alone is supplied. Brushes, pencils, tools and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
