Quickboost 1:35 Mil Mi-24, wipers (for Trumpeter) is a resin detail set: a set of thin windshield wipers as a replacement for the coarse plastic parts. It is not a kit, only an accessory for the model.

This product is not a helicopter kit, it is a resin detail set from Quickboost (a line by Aires) in 1:35 scale. On its own you will build nothing with it: you have to have the Mi-24 model from Trumpeter, and this set only swaps its windshield wipers for markedly finer parts.
A wiper is by its nature a long, narrow and flat element. An injection mold cannot cast a shape like that thin enough, because the plastic would not reach into the cavity, so the part from the kit comes out thick, angular and softly shaped, or the kit does not offer it at all. Yet it sits right on the windshield of the cockpit, in the place every viewer looks at first. A wiper that is out of proportion gives away at once that this is a model. Resin manages a profile that a mold cannot, so this is a small part with a disproportionately large visual impact. On a helicopter that goes double: the Mi-24 has a large glazed pilot and gunner cockpit, so the area of glass, and the wipers on it, make up a large part of the silhouette of the model.
The Mil Mi-24, in the NATO code Hind, is a Soviet attack helicopter remarkable for its concept: it combines the heavy firepower of an attack machine with a cargo compartment for troops. It is therefore not just flying artillery but a transport machine at the same time, and it was exactly this dual role that made it a legend with its characteristic pair of separately glazed cockpits.
Cut the parts carefully from the casting block with a fine saw or a sharp knife, never break them off, because a profile that thin will snap at once. Before painting, wash them in lukewarm water with detergent so that the mold release agent disappears. Resin will not bond with cement for polystyrene: use super glue (cyanoacrylate) or epoxy. Sanding should be done wet, because resin dust is harmful to health and must not be breathed in. One practical piece of advice at the end: a wiper is small and easily broken off or lost, so glue it on at the very end of the build, after varnishing and glazing.
