Colored Kelik 3D elements for the cockpit of the Harrier GR1 and GR3 in 1:48 scale, cut for the Kinetic kit. They do away with painting the instruments by hand.
Responsibility details are not available.
The Hawker Siddeley Harrier was the first production combat aircraft with vertical takeoff. It is powered by a single turbofan engine with four swiveling nozzles, through which the pilot directs the thrust downwards and backwards, so that the machine can take off from broken ground or from a ship deck. The GR1 version was the original British strike variant, while the GR3 then came with a more powerful engine and a lengthened nose into which a laser sight was fitted.
A set of colored Kelik 3D elements for the pilot's compartment, cut for the Kinetic kit in 1:48 scale. The elements cover the instrument panel, the side consoles and other cockpit fittings. They carry legible dials, lettering and distinguished surfaces, and the raised relief also casts a shadow in side light, so the panel does not look like a painted flat. The Harrier is a single-seater and the cockpit shows well under the clear canopy, where bare plastic would be noticed at once.
For builders of the Harrier in 1:48 scale from the Kinetic kit who want the cockpit finished without painting tiny dials. The kit, paints and glue are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
