This is a resin detail set, not an aircraft kit. It holds two boarding ladders for an F-15 Eagle model in 1:32 scale. The ladder leans against the side of the fuselage and gives a standing model and a diorama a realistic ground context.

Wash the parts free of mold release agent, cut the casting blocks off and glue with super glue (cyanoacrylate). The ladders suit dioramas with ground crew above all. Wear respiratory protection while sanding.
