An injection-molded plastic kit of the Soviet heavy nuclear missile cruiser Frunze in 1:700 scale from the company Trumpeter. The hull can be built whole for the stand or in the waterline version. The package holds the parts of the hull and the superstructure, decals and the instructions.
Frunze was the second ship of the Soviet Kirov class of large nuclear missile cruisers (later renamed). She differed from the lead ship in the makeup of her armament and sensors. During the Cold War the units of this class were among the largest surface combatants powered by a nuclear reactor.
Glue with a thin cement for plastic. Before gluing the bottom, decide between the full-hull and the waterline version. The complex superstructure and the radars stand out after a coat of primer, airbrushing and a wash. The fine aerials and railings can be completed with photo-etched parts from the aftermarket (accessory market).
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
