The 1:72 AH-64A Apache is an injection-molded plastic kit of an attack helicopter from the manufacturer Hasegawa.
Responsibility details are not available.
The kit captures the American AH-64A Apache attack helicopter as an unassembled model in injection-molded plastic. The parts are laid out on sprues, and a clear part for the cockpit glazing and a decal sheet are included. The model is meant to be glued and painted to your own choice.
The AH-64 Apache is a two-seat anti-armor attack helicopter with a tandem cockpit, armored seats and a chain gun under the fuselage. The AH-64A version was the first production variant introduced with the US Army, and it carries a combination of unguided rockets and anti-tank missiles on stub-wing pylons. The machine is built for combat at low altitude and for use against armored vehicles.
Use a thin cement for plastic on the fuselage joints, one that wicks into the seams. Before painting we recommend a primer, and apply the paints themselves with an airbrush for an even matte surface. It is practical to paint the rotor system and the underslung armament separately and to fit them at the end of the build.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
