Hasegawa B-24J Liberator (1:72) — a plastic kit of the American four-engine heavy bomber of the Second World War in 1:72 scale.
Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit of the American heavy bomber Consolidated B-24J Liberator in 1:72 scale from the manufacturer Hasegawa. The model captures the characteristic shape of the fuselage with the high-mounted Davis wing and four engines. It is a large model of an aircraft, suitable for modelers with basic experience.
The B-24 Liberator was one of the most numerously built American bombers of the Second World War. The B-24J version had fully turreted defensive armament and improved equipment. Liberators operated over Europe and in the Pacific and they were used by Allied air forces as well.
Finish the cockpit and the interior before closing up the fuselage. Glue the clear parts with canopy glue so that they do not fog. Use liquid modeling cement for the plastic, and an airbrush and a primer for painting. On a metal surface, metallic paints and a following weathering of the panel lines work well.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
