1:72 Belgian Kleine Brogel Air Base Type 1 Base is a surface with printing of the apron of the Belgian air base.
Responsibility details are not available.
A printed surface for an aircraft model in 1:72 scale with the motif of the apron of the Belgian Kleine Brogel air base. The product belongs among the equipment of a modeling bench, not among kits. You build the model yourself and the surface serves as the setting you place it in, whether at a show or at home in a cabinet.
Kleine Brogel lies in the province of Limburg not far from the town of Peer and is home to the 10th Tactical Wing of the Belgian Air Force. The unit flies F-16 Fighting Falcons and the base has long belonged among the best known in the country, among other things because of the international exercises it regularly hosts.
Before the Belgian Air Force moved to the F-16, it flew F-104G Starfighters from Kleine Brogel. The base is at the same time the first Belgian place the F-35A aircraft are heading for, so the motif suits machines of three generations. For builders that means models separated by half a century of service can be placed side by side on one surface.
It will be appreciated by builders of Belgian F-16s and by everyone who presents modern combat aircraft in 1:72 and wants to set them apart from models standing on a bare table. It also pays off at competitions, where a unified background for a series of models makes a better impression than randomly collected boards.
