This is not a model of an aircraft but a set of self-adhesive painting masks in 1:72 scale from the Czech manufacturer Art Scale (ASK). The masks are cut from a thin, clinging film and serve for a crisp spray job on the frames of the glazed cockpit. Single-sided means that they are applied to the transparent parts from the outside. In the small 1:72 scale, masking the frames accurately with tape is difficult, so a pre-cut mask makes the work much easier.
The Messerschmitt Bf 109E (Emil) was a German single-engine fighter and a key Luftwaffe type at the start of the Second World War, among other things in the Battle of Britain. The E-4 and E-7 versions were among the more capable variants of the Emil series; the E-7 gained the ability to carry a drop tank or a bomb, which extended its range and its uses.
Peel the parts of the mask off with tweezers, seat them precisely on the frame and press them down firmly so that paint does not seep under the edge. Apply the paint in thin coats. The set usually contains numbered parts and instructions showing where they go.
This is an accessory (masks), not a kit. The model, paints and glue are not included in the package.
