Bf 109G-10 cockpit set 1:72 from Aires - a resin detail set for the cockpit of the Messerschmitt Bf 109G-10 fighter for a build in 1:72 scale.
Responsibility details are not available.
A resin cockpit detail set from Aires in 1:72 scale. It is not an airplane model but a complete improvement of the cockpit made for a plastic kit of the Messerschmitt Bf 109G-10 fighter. The set usually takes in the cockpit tub, the instrument panel, the side panels and the seat, all faithfully rendered; photo-etched parts and instrument decals tend to be included as well. The set is meant for experienced modelers.
The Messerschmitt Bf 109G-10 was one of the late versions of the German Bf 109 fighter from the end of the Second World War, powered by a liquid-cooled Daimler-Benz V12. Despite the small size of the cockpit, it shows clearly under the sliding canopy, so working it out in detail raises the quality of a model markedly.
Wash the parts to remove the mold release agent, cut off the casting blocks and sand with your airways protected. Bond the resin with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Paint the cockpit in the base shade, bring the instruments out with a dry brush and a wash, or use the decals supplied. Check the fit before the fuselage is closed.
This is a detail accessory, not a complete model. It is supplied unpainted and unassembled, without the target kit, glue or paints.
