A resin detail part, not an airplane kit. This finely cast resin set replaces the position (navigation) lights of the German twin-engine Messerschmitt Bf 110 heavy fighter in the C, D, E and F versions in 1:72 scale. The small lights on the wingtips are captured in the casting with a clean shape, which on plastic parts from the box tends to be coarse or simplified.
The position lights are a small but conspicuous element on the wingtips that completes the overall impression of a model. The resin castings offer an accurate shape and fine edges. Once painted in clear shades (typically red and green) or fitted with small clear pieces, the wingtips look faithful and technical.
This is a resin detail accessory, not a model. The base kit, paints and glue are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
