Bf 109 F/G - Seatbelts 1:72 (HGW)

A set of laser-cut fabric seat belts with photo-etched metal buckles in 1:72 scale from HGW. The belts are printed on fine microfabric, which faithfully reproduces real cloth, and are complemented by precise photo-etched buckles. Intended for models of the German Messerschmitt Bf 109 fighter in the F and G versions. This is a detail set, not a model.

What the set is for

Realistic belts fundamentally lift the look of a cockpit even in a smaller scale. Microfabric can be shaped and feels soft like a real strap, unlike flat photo-etched belts. Photo-etched buckles give the belts convincing detail and make it possible to leave the belts fastened or thrown loosely aside.

Use

• separate the belts carefully; they are laser pre-cut for easy use
• shape them into a natural sag across the seat and the edges of the cockpit
• attach the photo-etched buckles with super glue; the fabric belts can also be held with PVA glue (white glue)
