A set of classic waterslide (wet) decals in 1:72 scale from the Czech publisher DP Casper, devoted to the air side of the Bratislava-Brno operation (March 25 to May 5, 1945). The set offers markings for a range of aircraft of both sides in the final phase of the war in Moravia and Slovakia. These are decals, not a kit.
The Bratislava-Brno operation was an offensive at the close of the Second World War in which the equipment of several armies met in the sky. The set covers a varied mixture of types, among them the Bf-109G, Ju-88, Ju-87D-5, IAR-81, Hs-129B, Il-2 and Il-2m3, La-5FN, Yak-9T, Yak-3, A-20G Boston, Po-2 and Fw-190F-8, so it makes it possible to build models of both sides within a single period framework.
Apply the decals to a smooth, glossy and degreased finish. Cut the subject out, dip it in lukewarm water for a few seconds, slide it onto the surface and adjust its position; soak up the excess water and press out the bubbles with a decal softener. Once it has dried, take a clear varnish over the model to the degree of gloss you want, so that the edges of the decals merge into the surface.
This is a decal set; the aircraft model, paints and varnish are not included in the package.
