A resin ejection seat with belts for the F-15 Eagle in 1:72 scale from the Quickboost brand - an accurate detail accessory; this is not an aircraft model.
Responsibility details are not available.
A resin ejection seat with suggested seat belts of the Quickboost brand for the American F-15 Eagle fighter in 1:72 scale. This is not an airplane model but an accurate replacement part for more experienced modelers that takes the place of the simplified plastic seat from a kit with a casting with a faithful texture and finely marked straps. Under the roomy canopy of the Eagle the seat is prominently visible, and a faithful part fundamentally lifts the impression of the cockpit.
The F-15 Eagle is a twin-engine fighter intended to win air superiority, with a large cockpit canopy under which the seat is clearly visible. The plastic seat tends to be molded flat and without belts. The resin replacement with suggested straps reads realistically even without photo-etched extras. The part is meant to refine an existing F-15 model in the same scale.
Wash the resin part in lukewarm soapy water to remove any mold release residue from the mold. Cut the casting block off with a sharp knife or a fine saw and clean up the surface; protect your airways when sanding resin. Bond it with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Paint the seat and pick the belts out in a different shade; the fine stitching comes alive after a light toning.
It is supplied as an unpainted resin accessory for completing a model. Glue, paints and the model itself are not included in the package.
