Eduard 1:72 F-15C MSIP II masks is a die-cut self-adhesive masking set in kabuki tape for masking the cockpit glazing and the wheels of a model of the American fighter. It is not a model but an accessory for painting.
Responsibility details are not available.
This set from the Czech maker Eduard contains precisely die-cut self-adhesive masks in fine Japanese kabuki tape. It is neither a kit nor a model, but an accessory for clean masking of the cockpit glazing and the wheels while the paints are sprayed. The scale of the set is 1:72.
The masks are stuck onto the frames of the canopy and onto the wheel discs. After spraying the glass stays clear and the tires free of paint. Kabuki tape adapts to the shapes of the frames, holds tightly and leaves no adhesive when lifted off. The result is crisp, straight lines on the frames without cutting tape by hand.
The McDonnell Douglas (Boeing) F-15C Eagle is an American twin-engined air superiority fighter. The designation MSIP II (Multi-Stage Improvement Program) represents a later modernization with a more capable radar and the ability to carry AIM-120 AMRAAM medium-range guided missiles. Eagles upgraded in this way proved themselves in the fight for air superiority.
The set contains die-cut self-adhesive masking parts only. The model, paints and glue are not included in the package.
