Falanga 9M17P missiles 1:72 is an Eduard resin accessory set with Soviet anti-tank guided missiles for models of attack helicopters.
Responsibility details are not available.
A resin accessory set of Soviet 9M17P Falanga anti-tank guided missiles in 1:72 scale. It is not a standalone model but external stores to be hung under models of attack helicopters. The castings faithfully capture the slender body of the missile, the fins and the launch rails.
The 9M17P Falanga (NATO reporting name AT-2 Swatter) was a Soviet anti-tank guided missile. The 9M17P version with semi-automatic guidance entered service on the Mi-24 attack helicopter and belonged to its standard armament. The missiles were usually carried in pairs on launch rails at the wingtips.
Separate the parts from the casting blocks and clean them up. Assemble and paint the missiles and the rails separately; olive and gray shades are usual. Bond with super glue and seat them on the wing pylons at the end.
This is an accessory set, not a standalone model. The base kit, glue, paints and other accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
