Finnish national aircraft insignia vol.I painting masks 1:72 (MH models)

A set of painting airbrush masks from MH models for applying the Finnish national aircraft insignia in 1:72 scale. The insignia, called the hakaristi in Finnish, was an independent national symbol of the Finnish Air Force, which used it between 1918 and 1945. The vol.I set holds the insignia in the 2090 mm, 1660 mm and 1510 mm sizes. This is not a model but an accessory for outlining the insignia accurately while spraying; the masks are cut from a self-adhesive masking film.

Use

• Stick the pre-cut insignia mask onto the surface of the model, the wings or the fuselage
• Use the several sizes of the insignia according to scale and placement, 2090 mm, 1660 mm and 1510 mm
• Spray the paint with an airbrush, with nothing seeping under the edge of the mask
• Peel the mask off once the paint has dried to reveal a sharply outlined insignia
