A resin detail set from Quickboost with exhausts in the type C form for a model of the British Handley Page Halifax four-engine bomber in the B Mk.I and Mk.II versions in 1:72 scale. The castings have open mouths and fine texture and match the particular type C exhaust. The manufacturer also offers a different type A form, which suits other machines. It is an accessory for a kit, not the airplane model itself.
The Handley Page Halifax was a British four-engine heavy bomber of the Second World War, used among other things with the night bomber force. The B Mk.I and Mk.II versions differed in details of the airframe and the engines. The form of the exhausts differed between individual machines, which is why the manufacturer distinguishes type A and type C.
Wash the parts to remove mold release, cut off the casting blocks and bond them with super glue. Before building, check that your subject matches the type C form. Bring out the exhaust mouths with a dark metallic shade.
The kit itself and glue are not included in the package.
