An injection-molded plastic kit of the British fighter Hawker Hurricane Mk II in tropical fit, in 1:72 scale from the manufacturer Hobby Boss. It is a simplified model with a lower part count, suitable for beginners and for a quick build.
The Hawker Hurricane was a British single-seat fighter that played a key part in the Battle of Britain. The Mk II version brought a more powerful Rolls-Royce Merlin engine and a heavier armament. The tropical fit (Trop) added a dust filter for service in North Africa and on other dusty fronts.
Glue the plastic parts with a thin model cement. Thanks to the lower part count this is a quick build; even so we recommend a base coat and painting with an airbrush. Desert schemes usually come in sand and earth shades with a light underside.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
