This is a small resin detail set, not a stand-alone airplane model. It holds precisely cast replacement air scoops for a model of the Aero L-29 Delfin jet trainer in 1:72 scale. The parts improve the fidelity of shape and the fineness of detail compared with the simplified parts from the kit.
The Aero L-29 Delfin is a Czechoslovak jet trainer from the turn of the 1950s and 1960s. It was the standard basic trainer of the air forces of the Warsaw Pact states. The small air scoops are among the details that complete the realistic look of the airframe.
Wash the parts free of mold release residue, separate them carefully from the casting blocks and clean them up. It is bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Wear respiratory protection while sanding. Apply a fine primer before painting.
This is an accessory to a model, not a stand-alone kit. The base model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
