This resin detail set contains faithfully rendered control surfaces for the Aero L-29 Delfin aircraft in 1:72 scale. It is not an aircraft kit but an accessory with which you replace the corresponding parts from a plastic kit and gain the option of showing the control surfaces and the flaps deflected.
The Aero L-29 Delfin is a Czechoslovak jet trainer of the turn of the 1950s and 1960s. It became the standard basic jet trainer of a number of Eastern Bloc countries and was known for its simple, rugged design and undemanding operation.
Wash the parts to remove mold release residue, cut off the casting blocks and sand the edges with respiratory protection. Cut the corresponding parts out of the kit carefully and seat the resin surfaces at a natural angle of deflection. Glue with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue).
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted, as a resin accessory for a kit. Glue, paints and the base model are not included in the package.
