An injection-molded plastic kit of the German Leopard 2 A7+ main battle tank in 1:72 scale. The set is completed by photo-etched parts, metal cable and a choice between a plastic and a turned metal barrel. The tracks use the combined link and length technique, and a decal sheet with two marking options is included.
The Leopard 2 A7+ is the most modern development version of the proven German Leopard 2 tank, adapted for fighting in built-up areas as well as for a conventional engagement. It is marked by modular add-on armor and a remotely operated weapon station on the turret. The tank serves with the German army and with other operators as a superbly protected and accurately shooting platform.
We recommend a thin plastic cement and careful assembly of the running gear before the hull is closed up. Glue the photo-etched parts with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Apply a primer before painting, spray with an airbrush and finish the look with washes and pigments for dust and mud effects.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
