It is not a kit but an accessory for a model.
The C-130 Hercules is a four-engined turboprop transport aircraft with a high-set wing and a rear cargo ramp. The design is deliberately simple and tough, which has allowed the type decades of service in many countries. The Polish Air Force operates the Hercules as its main means of carrying cargo over longer distances. The centenary of the Polish Air Force fell in 2018 and was marked by special markings on the machines.
A sheet with full technical stenciling means a large number of small decals and, with it, a different organization of the work. Print or draw yourself a layout plan and work section by section of the airframe rather than at random. Work over gloss varnish and apply only as many motifs at a time as you can seat before they begin to dry on. On a large transport aircraft it pays to divide the model into sections, to take breaks between them and to blot the water off as you go. Once dry, apply a softener only to the legends crossing engraved lines and rivet rows. An overcoat at the end evens out the sheen and stops the legends being rubbed off during handling.
