An injection-molded plastic kit of the modern American main battle tank M1A2 SEP in 1:72 scale from Flyhawk. The set brings finely engraved detail, photo-etched parts and a decal sheet with several marking options. Flyhawk is valued for a precise fit and a high level of detail even in a small scale.
The M1A2 SEP is a substantially modernized version of the M1 Abrams tank with improved electronics, sensors and protection. Armed with a 120mm smoothbore gun and powered by a gas turbine, it represents one of the most advanced combat platforms of the present day, in service with the US Army.
Use liquid cement for plastic and cut the small parts off carefully. Assemble and paint the running gear before you close the hull. After the base color from an airbrush, refine the model with washes into the engraved lines and with dust pigments for a desert or field finish.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
