A resin detail set. It is NOT an aircraft model but a replacement part: a more faithful air intake for models of the Italian Macchi C.205 Veltro fighter in 1:72 scale. The crisp casting with an open mouth replaces the simplified part from a kit.
The Macchi C.205 Veltro was the finest Italian fighter of the Second World War, powered by a license-built German DB 605 engine. It followed on from the C.202 type and was among the highest-performing Italian fighters, able to meet Allied machines on equal terms.
Wash the part free of mold release agent, cut the casting gate off and fit it to the fuselage. It is glued with cyanoacrylate; paint it with an airbrush. Sand resin with your airways protected.
This is a replacement part, not an aircraft model. The basic kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
