This is an aftermarket detail set of cast resin from the Czech manufacturer MH models, intended for plastic models of the MiG-19 fighter in 1:72 scale. It is not an aircraft kit but replacement parts that replace the simplified exhaust nozzles from the base kit with more faithful resin ones.
The original injection-molded nozzles tend to be thick-walled and without internal structure. The resin castings have thinner edges and better suggested geometry of the nozzle openings, so the rear of the model looks more realistic once fitted and painted. The set is intended for the Kovozavody Prostejov kit.
First wash the parts free of the remains of mold release agent, carefully cut off the casting blocks and sand the surfaces down with respiratory protection. Bond with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Metallic highlights and burnt shades on the nozzles come out with a dry brush or with pigments.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
