The set brings color 3D elements for the cockpit of the French Mirage 2000D aircraft in 1:72 scale. They are prepared for the ModelSvit kit, so the shapes match the parts of that kit and lengthy adjusting falls away. The color as well as the raised surface come finished, so work with shades and shading in the cockpit is reduced.
The Mirage 2000D is the two-seat strike version of the French Mirage 2000 aircraft, intended for attacks on ground targets. The second station behind the pilot means that the space of the cockpit is more broken up than on the single-seat versions, and it is exactly here that accessories of this kind show the most, because most of the area can be seen through the glazing.
The way they are applied differs from one line to another, so follow the instructions of the manufacturer Kelik. Free the surface the elements are to go on of dust and grease. Pick the parts up with tweezers and lay them in place in one go, not by sliding them over the base. Finish the cockpit before you close the fuselage, and in a dry fit check that the glazing still closes properly once the elements are seated.
The set is intended for modelers who want the cockpit finished quickly and without painting small instruments.
