This is not an airplane model but an Aires resin accessory set in 1:72 scale. It serves to replace the cockpit of a plastic kit of the American North American P-51D Mustang fighter with finely cast resin interior parts. The set is meant for more experienced modelers.
The North American P-51 Mustang was an American single-seat fighter of the Second World War. The P-51D version, with its bubble canopy and Merlin engine, was among the best-known variants and made its name for a long range that let it escort bombers on deep raids. After the war the Mustang served for a good many more years.
Wash the resin parts to remove the mold release agent, cut off the casting blocks and bond them with super glue. The interior of the Mustang is usually painted in the typical cockpit shades, and the instrument panel and the levers are brought out with a wash and a dry brush. Check how the assembly seats before the fuselage is closed.
This is an accessory, not a complete model. The base kit, glue, paints and other parts are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
