A decal sheet in 1:72 scale for the Rafale C with the code 30-GT in the festive finish of the Normandie-Niemen unit from 2020. A limited edition of three hundred pieces.
Responsibility details are not available.
The Rafale C is the single-seat form of the French multirole combat aircraft. The machine marked 30-GT received a commemorative finish in 2020 for the anniversary of the return of the Normandie-Niemen unit to France. A commemorative scheme is painted on a single aircraft and stays on it only for a limited time, so it is a form you usually will not find in the ordinary range of kits. In 1:72 scale such a model fits even into a smaller display case.
Decals for the scheme described, made for 1:72 scale. The package is listed as a limited edition in a count of three hundred pieces. The layout of the sheet, the placement of the individual elements and the recommended shades of the base finish you will find in the enclosed instructions.
The sheet is a flat printed one, so it is applied the wet way. Prepare the base with a gloss varnish so that it is smooth and non-porous. Soak the cut-out decal in lukewarm water for a few seconds and set it aside until it begins to slide on the backing. Then slide it onto the moistened place, settle it with a soft brush and press and draw the water out from under the film. Smaller elements run away easily at this scale, so work one piece at a time and choose tweezers with smooth jaws. Apply the softener sparingly and leave the decal alone until it is dry. Finally clear-coat the whole model so that the edges of the films disappear.
For modelers of contemporary combat aircraft who want a machine in an anniversary finish in their collection. This is a separate decal sheet; the model and the paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
