The real subject

The Short Stirling was the first British four-engine heavy bomber deployed during the Second World War with RAF Bomber Command. The Mk.III version had improved engines and a dorsal gun turret. The machine was marked by a massive fuselage with tall landing gear and extensive glazing in the nose.
