The Hauler 1:72 Tatra OA vz. 30 photo-etched set is an accessory for a plastic kit of the Czechoslovak armored car. It is not a model but a set of metal parts for one.

This is a photo-etched set in 1:72 scale for a model of the Czechoslovak OA vz. 30 armored car. The set is not a kit of the vehicle - it is an accessory with which you replace simplified parts on a finished plastic kit with thin metal ones. In a small scale the effect is marked: grilles, fenders, steps, hinges and brackets look in photo-etched metal as thin as they would really be, whereas injection-molded plastic is necessarily thicker. The package does not contain the kit, glue or paints.
The OA vz. 30 was a light armored car of the Czechoslovak army of the first half of the 1930s, built on a three-axle Tatra chassis with a backbone frame and air cooling. It was a reconnaissance machine with light armor and machine gun armament, designed for driving off road. After 1939 vehicles of this type also appeared in German service under the designation Panzerspähwagen 30(t). For the modeler it is a small but very distinctive vehicle in which it is exactly the fine accessories that set a model apart.
In 1:72 scale the photo-etched parts are genuinely tiny - work over a tray so that a part that flies off does not end up in the carpet. Separate the parts with a scalpel on a hard surface and make the bends in a bender or between blades. Glue with cyanoacrylate glue applied with a pin, and degrease the metal beforehand. A primer comes before painting, otherwise the paint will not hold on metal. Leave the thin parts until the end of the build, so that they are not bent while the model is handled.
This is an add-on set, not a complete model. The base kit, glue, paints and tools are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
