This resin correction set in 1:72 scale corrects and refines the gun bays in the wings of the Hawker Typhoon Mk.I fighter. It replaces the simplified or inaccurately shaped parts of the Airfix kit with more faithfully made ones and increases the realism of the model.
The Hawker Typhoon Mk.IB carried four 20 mm cannon in the wings. The spaces around the guns and their fairings are among the prominent details of the underside of the wing, so refining them shows up well on the finished model.
Wash the mold release residue off the parts and separate them carefully from the casting blocks. Glue with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Before fitting, check the fit against the wing and adjust it gently by sanding if need be; protect your airways while sanding.
This is an add-on set, not a complete model. The base Airfix kit, the glue and the paints are not included in the package.
