An injection-molded plastic kit of the legendary American heavy tank transporter nicknamed the Dragon Wagon, in 1:72 scale from Academy. It is a new tooling with a well-worked cab interior. According to the manufacturer, the tractor and the semitrailer can be displayed coupled as one unit or separately; the package offers decals for several variants of the markings.
The designation M25 covered a pair of vehicles: the six-wheeled armored M26 tractor and the low-bed M15 semitrailer with a high load capacity. In the Second World War the combination served the Allies to carry tanks to the front and to recover damaged machines from the battlefield. Thanks to its armored cab and armored shield it earned the nickname Dragon Wagon.
Use liquid cement for plastic and work in subassemblies. Finish and paint the cab interior before you close it up; the windows and the doors can be displayed open according to the instructions. Apply a primer before painting; an airbrush is ideal. Olive Drab suits American equipment; fine-tune the weathering with washes into the pressings and dust pigments on the running gear and the load bed of the semitrailer.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
