UTI MiG-15 cockpit 1:72 is a resin accessory set from Eduard for detailing the cockpit of the two-seat trainer version of the Soviet MiG-15 fighter.
Responsibility details are not available.
This resin set serves to replace and detail the cockpit on a model of the two-seat UTI MiG-15 trainer in 1:72 scale. It is not a model in its own right but an accessory for the build. The castings capture the seats, the instrument panels and the side panels of both cockpits with finer detail than injection-molded plastic allows.
The UTI MiG-15 was the two-seat trainer variant of the first successful Soviet jet fighter, the MiG-15. It served to train pilots in many countries of the Eastern Bloc and elsewhere in the world, and a number of machines flew for a very long time. Instructor and student sat one behind the other under an extended canopy.
Separate the parts from the casting blocks and clean them up. We recommend assembling and painting the cockpit before closing up the fuselage. Bond with super glue and bring out the details with a dry brush and a wash so that the instruments read clearly.
This is an accessory set, not a model in its own right. The base kit, glue, paints and other accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
