The real subject

The Westland Lysander was a British liaison and army cooperation aircraft of the Second World War. Its high-wing layout and excellent takeoff and landing qualities made it a machine suited to short improvised strips; it became known, among other things, for secret night flights dropping agents into occupied territory.

Use

• Apply the masks to clean and degreased glazing and press the edges down.
• Spray the frames first with the interior color, then with the top shade of the airframe.
• Remove the masks once the paint has dried, and the transitions will stay sharp and clean.
• The flexible material follows the shape of the complex glazing without the edges lifting.
