A set of ship rigging from Constructo for building and fitting out wooden ship models. It is not a kit but a collection of small parts, namely single blocks 7 mm in size. A single block has one sheave and is the most common element of a sailing ship's rigging, the one the running rigging is run through. The package holds 20 pieces.
The blocks can be given a light coat of wood stain before they are fitted, to even the shade out. Reeve the line carefully and secure the ends with a drop of thinned PVA. Small parts are easier to hold with tweezers.
