An injection-molded plastic kit of an American coupe in the Model Set edition: the box holds the kit, a set of modeling paints, a brush and glue. The manufacturer lists the kit under the license of the Stranger Things series as the car of the character Billy Hargrove. The box of this set gives the scale as 1:25; on a model of this size the difference against 1:24 is a matter of millimeters, but for a collection in a single scale it can matter, so we recommend checking the figure on the box before buying.
The Camaro Z/28 is the high-performance version of the Chevrolet Camaro, and the Z/28 designation originally referred to the order code of the sporting trim. The second generation, which Chevrolet built from the early 1970s to the early 1980s, has a long front end, a low roofline and, in the Z/28 version, striking graphics and spoilers. It is exactly this Camaro that belongs to the image of the American suburbs of the 1980s, where the series sets its story.
The bold graphics on the hood and the flanks are the main effect on the Z/28. Lay the decals over a gloss base and help them with a decal softener so the film settles into the pressings; on the hood that is almost a must. The large flat body surfaces will not forgive any remains of the mold seam, so sand them down and unify them with a filler primer. Metallic shades, a dark wash and drybrushing will bring the engine bay to life. Glue the chrome parts with a minimum of cement.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. The set contains paints, a brush and glue; other accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
