An injection-molded plastic kit of an American coupe in 1:25 scale in the Model Set edition: the box holds the kit, a set of modeling paints, a brush and cement. The kit has 92 parts, a well broken-up V8 block and a decal sheet. It carries the license of the Fast & Furious film series, in which a Camaro of this appearance features.
The Camaro Yenko is not an ordinary version off the production line. The American dealer Don Yenko had Camaros delivered to him on a special order and fitted them with the largest V8 available from the marque, which otherwise was not sold in this class. The cars then received their own markings, stripes and accessories. The 1969 model year is the best known among them and today it belongs to the rarest and most sought-after Camaros of all.
Yenko cars live off the contrast between the base color and the stripes, so prepare quality masking tape or use the stripes from the decal sheet. Apply the paint in several thin layers over a light base, so that the lively shades of this period stand out. Metallic shades, a dark wash and drybrushing will bring the engine bay to life. Cement the chrome bumpers with a minimum of cement and finish the interior before you close the body up.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. The set holds paints, a brush and cement; other accessories are not part of the package, unless stated otherwise.
