A set of injection-molded plastic figures of Soviet motorized infantry from 1943 to 1945 in 1:35 scale from the Ukrainian brand ICM. The box contains five soldier figures whose poses suit riding on the bed of a truck and resting during a move. The figures have period-correct uniforms and equipment and are well suited to bringing dioramas with Soviet vehicles to life.
In the final stage of the Second World War the motorized infantry of the Red Army moved on trucks in order to keep pace with the advancing tank formations. The set captures soldiers in relaxed poses during a move. The model serves as a factual historical and diorama rendering of period soldiers, with no evaluative intent.
Separate the parts from the sprues carefully, clean up the mold lines and glue them with modeling cement for plastic. Lay down a primer before painting; paint the uniforms and shade them with highlights and shadows, and handle the faces with a technique of successive layers. The set goes perfectly with a model of a truck, on whose bed the poses of the figures fit. A fine wash and a dry brush will provide the weathering.
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
