About product

ICM acrylic paint set for American Black Hawk helicopters

A set of water-thinnable acrylic paints from ICM put together for painting models of the American Black Hawk family of helicopters. It holds the basic shades needed for a period finish, including a gloss varnish to prepare the surface under decals. The paints can be mixed with one another, so the tone you want is easy to fine-tune.

Use

  • A water-thinnable acrylic suitable for brush and airbrush alike
  • For the airbrush, thin the paint with water or with ICM thinner
  • Apply in thin coats; it covers well by hand and by spraying
  • Stir the paint thoroughly before use

Who it is for

For modelers building American Black Hawk helicopters who want the shades together in a single set. Suitable for beginners and experienced modelers alike.

These are paints, not a kit. Acrylic paints are water-thinnable; work in a well ventilated room.
