A modeler usually puts tools together piece by piece, and that is at the same time the most expensive way. The set solves this beginning differently: you get the basic equipment together and straight away in one package, so the build does not stop at the first operation you have nothing to reach for. This is equipment for working on a model, that is aids, not a kit. The manufacturer gives the exact composition of the set on the packaging, so go through it before buying and compare it with what you already have in the workshop.
Try every new tool first on an offcut or on a part you will not use again, and only then put a hand on a model in progress. Work on a firm flat surface and in good light. Do not press hard: cutting and sanding tools work by pulling and repetition, not by pressure, and excessive force ends in a broken part or an injury. Remove offcuts and sanding dust as you go, otherwise they will scratch the surface you have only just finished.
After work wipe the tools dry and free them of remnants of plastic and sanding dust. Store them so that the edges and working surfaces do not rub against one another; the packaging of the set serves for that too. Do not leave the tools lying in damp or in solvents. Replace blunted blades in good time, a blunt tool does not cut plastic but tears it.
For modelers who are setting up their workshop equipment, and for those who want a second set at hand. Paints, glue and a kit are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
