A fine modeling brush with a replaceable tip, marked AT-FB01, in the red version.
Responsibility details are not available.
A fine brush with a sharp tip is a tool for detail: instrument panels, small markings, the eyes and buttons of figures, touching up after masking, picking out edges and inset parts. You work with it on a small area, where what counts is how exactly the tip holds its shape and whether the paint flows where you want it. The body of the brush is in the red version, so that you will know it at a glance in a holder full of tools.
The tip is made as a replaceable part. When it wears, splays or is marked by dried paint, there is no need to buy a whole new brush; replacing the tip is enough. The size of the tip, the availability of spares and the way of changing them are given by the manufacturer.
Pick up a small quantity of paint and take the excess off against the rim of the pot; an overloaded brush makes a drop that spreads over the surroundings. Lay the paint on in thin coats and never let it dry in the brush, because dried paint at the ferrule splays the tip and the shape is gone. After work, clean the brush with the medium that answers to the paint used, shape the tip and let it dry. Never stand a brush tip-down in a pot of thinner and never take it to glue or to coarse pigments, which will ruin a fine tip.
The brush is supplied on its own. Paints, thinner and cleaner are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
