BOLT UP Accelerator is an activator, that is an accelerator for the curing of cyanoacrylate (CA) glues, supplied in a spray bottle of 59.2 ml. Once sprayed on, it speeds up the reaction of the glue and the joint cures practically instantly, so you do not have to hold the parts for long. It suits above all gluing resin and 3D printed parts, metal accessories or cases where ordinary CA glue dries slowly.

Use

• First apply the cyanoacrylate glue to one part, bring the parts together and hold them in position
• Spray the joint lightly with the activator from a short distance – curing follows within a few seconds
• Alternatively the activator can be applied to the opposite surface before the parts are brought together
• Apply it sparingly; an excessive amount can cause whitening of the surface around the joint
• Suitable for the accelerated gluing of resin, 3D prints, photo-etched parts and small metal parts

The activator will be appreciated by modelers who often glue with cyanoacrylate and want to shorten the curing time, and by those who work with resin, 3D prints or metal accessories. It is a practical companion to CA glues, not a glue in its own right.
