This is an accessory set, not a kit of a vehicle or a figure. It contains castings of American field bottles in the large 1:35 scale — that is small personal gear with which figures, belts, packs and loads on vehicles are completed. It is exactly such little things that decide whether a scene looks believable: empty areas of a model look sterile and a few pieces of gear will fill them.
Before painting, wash the castings in lukewarm water with a drop of detergent, so that the mold release layer is removed — otherwise the paint holds poorly. Cut the casting blocks off with a saw or a sharp scalpel; do not snap them. They are glued with cyanoacrylate glue; ordinary plastic cement does not work on resin. The painting sequence: primer, overall color, a dark wash in the folds and finally a light dry brush on the edges.
For modelers who build figures and dioramas in the large 1:35 scale and want believable small things in a scene. The 1:35 scale is rewarding for this kind of accessory — the detail is clearly visible even to the naked eye and repays more careful painting.
