Burnt Red is an acrylic modeling paint from the 3rd Generation line by AK interactive - a burnt reddish brown thinnable with water.
Responsibility details are not available.
A bottled acrylic with a water-thinnable binder. The shade is a red shifted toward brown, as you know it from burnt and oxidized surfaces. On a model it has three main roles: a base under corrosion, reddish brown anticorrosion areas on unpainted parts, and material tones - brick, terracotta, fired clay, darker wood and old leather on the straps of figures.
Because the shade is dark and brown, it needs no light base and comes up evenly even over a gray primer. For rust, never spray it as a continuous area - real corrosion is discontinuous and unevenly dark. Apply it in patches and in thin overlapping passes and let part of the base show through. Mixing: with orange you get fresher rust, with a dark red or black deep shadows, with a light brown faded brick. Mix only within acrylics from the same line; oil paints and lacquers have a different binder.
For modelers of military and civilian vehicles who build worn machines, for diorama builders who need brick and clay, and for figure painters for leather accessories.
Store in a tightly closed bottle out of reach of children. Ventilate the room while spraying and use respiratory protection. Do not pour paint residues down the drain.
