Candy Ink sapphire blue from Green Stuff World: a transparent gloss acrylic ink for tinting metallic and clear surfaces.
Responsibility details are not available.
A transparent acrylic ink in a blue shade that forms a glossy smooth surface once dry. It is not a covering paint: everything on the surface stays visible under it, and it is precisely from that the effect of depth arises. Over silver metallic it makes colored metal, on a clear part colored glass. The result resembles a colored lacquer on glossy bodywork, which is where the name of the range comes from.
Applied with a brush it gives a richer, lacquered surface; with an airbrush a thinner and even color filter results. Watch that the ink does not pool in the recesses, as a large puddle darkens to a stain once dry and the surface loses its smoothness. Let each coat dry thoroughly. Do not use alcohol-based thinners; according to the manufacturer they damage the ink and can clog an airbrush, while the brand's own thinner and cleaner are compatible.
For painters of figures, for modelers who work with metal and clear parts, and for anyone who wants color effects that a covering paint cannot create. The blue shade is often used on cool metal features, on energy parts and on glass surfaces, where the color should be rich and transparent at the same time.
Keep the product out of the reach of children, ventilate when spraying and close the bottle after use.
