The Model Craft circle compass cutter is used to cut precise circles 10 to 150 mm in diameter. It works on the principle of a compass: you hold the center on the axis and describe a perfect circle with the pivoting blade. The diameter you want is set simply by sliding and tightening the arm. The cutter copes with paper, card, masking films, leather, vinyl and similar thin materials. Replacement blades are available for the tool.
